WHY FEED THE WORLD?
Every Christmas season, our church comes together to meet needs in our community and around the world.
This year, we’re focusing on feeding people and we’re inviting everyone to join the challenge:
One Day to Feed the World.
DID YOU KNOW?

People are currently facing food
insecurity. Of that, 864 million people
are severely food insecure, posing grave
risks to their health and well-being.

People live below the $2.15 per
day poverty line worldwide.

A simple idea with a powerful impact. By giving one day’s wage, we join together to feed people in our community and around the world.
This annual challenge helps support trusted ministries that provide food, hope, and care where it’s needed most.

What does that mean?
Take one day’s wage and give it to help feed people locally and globally.
To find your one day’s wage, take your annual income and divide it by 365.
Example: $40,000 ÷ 365 = about $110 to give.
Whether you give regularly or are just starting, this is a simple way to make a powerful difference.
ONE DAY IS BIBLICAL
You extend kindness to others and to the Lord.
You provide food and better access to safe drinking water to children and families.
Local farmers are taught how to produce more food to feed more families.
It opens your eyes to the genuine needs of people and gives you a tangible way to be part of the solution.
You receive a blessing from the Lord.
