God doesn’t want us to “do life” alone – it’s better together! At Woodland Hills Family Church we desire that everyone participate in life-change together.
In a large group setting, it's hard to get to know everyone. It is not our expectation that you know everyone's names. But we do want you to be known. In the church, it's critical.
Life Groups are small groups within the larger church in which people develop friendships, grow their faith, and help one another in times of need. Life Groups usually meet in homes at various times during the week. Bible study is a key aspect of these meetings.
Each life group at Woodland Hills is lead by a qualified leader. These leaders have shown dedication in growing at the church through ministries of service and discipleship. There are several requirements for life group leaders including: current participation in a life group, attended and completed Woodland Hills membership classes (101) and actively growing in the church (201, 301 and 401).
If you are interested in become a Life Group leader or have questions about becoming one, please email hotline@woodhills.org.
Life Group leaders are encouraged to connect to members of their group through many outlets including social media, like Twitter and Facebook. To download a Twitter tutorial guide, simply click here. |
